JP Morgan Chase History

In the year 2000 J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. was created from a merger between two diversified financial institutions, J.P. Morgan and Chase Manhattan. J.P. Then on July 1, 2004, JPMorgan Chase was created with the merger of J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. and Bank One Corporation. This is a merger between broker/dealer, credit card companies and lead banks.
